- Sugar200 g
- Wheat10 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Grated medium carrot1 unit(s)
- Blend the grated carrots together with the oil in a blender.
- Add the sugar, egg and beat a little more until it becomes a cream.
- Afterwards, add the cream from the blender to the bowl of the mixer or to a container, if you are going to beat it with fuet.
- In the container, place the wheat and beat well for 1 minute.
- Add the chemical yeast, beat lightly and bake in a greased shape with margarine.
- Make a chocolate syrup to pour over the cooled cake. In this merely suggested syrup I used the following ingredients 10 level spoons of chocolate, 10 level spoons of crystal sugar, 1 level spoon of wheat dissolved well in a 200 ml glass of milk, 1 spoon of margarine, bring to the fire until it thickens, and as soon as it is ready toss it over the cold cake .
