  • Sugar2 cup
  • Oil1 cup
  • Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Carrot2 unit(s)
  • Chocolate bar1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  1. Cut the carrots into small cubes, add the oil and eggs in a blender.
  2. Whisk everything together and add the sugar, one cup at a time.
  3. Then add the wheat flour, also one at a time.
  4. Finally, add the yeast.
  5. If your blender is not that powerful, you will certainly have to use a spoon to mix well.
  6. Then put all the dough in a greased shape and take it to the preheated oven at 200° for about 20 minutes or until the cake is very golden.
  7. Then remove the cake from the oven and prepare the chocolate syrup.
  8. Melt a chocolate bar and a can of heavy cream, mix well and cover the cake.
  9. Sprinkle grated coconut on top, wait for it to cool and then serve.
