- 50% chocolate (you can use Nescau or toddy too)3 tablespoon
- In a bowl, sift the wheat and add the sugar.
- Beat the other ingredients in the blender for 3 minutes, throw this mixture along with the wheat and sugar and mix well, finally put the yeast.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes or until golden.
- Mix all the ingredients well, then take it to the medium fire, stirring occasionally, until it thickens.
- Unmold the cake and pour the icing on top, starting with the hole, then filling and spilling to the sides.
- I sprinkled a little dry coconut and put some plums that were in the fridge
