- Beat the oil, eggs, milk and sugar in a blender until smooth.
- Place in a bowl, add the flour, coconut, granules, yeast and mix with a spoon.
- Pour into a floured mold. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden.
- Remove, let cool and set aside. Mix the frosting ingredients, spread over the cake and cut into squares.
