- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Egg Yolk2 unit(s)
- Chicken Breast1/2 unit(s)
- Bacon50 g
- Corn1 can(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Palm3 tablespoon
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Green Smell3 tablespoon
- Sour Cream1 unit(s)

- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- In a container, mix the wheat flour, parmesan, eggs, salt, butter and mix well until the dough forms; Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Put it in a shape and press well spreading the dough.
- In a pan, put the oil and bacon to brown, then the crushed garlic and chopped onion, to brown. Add the chicken to sauté and then the corn and toothpick, mix well and finally the green smell, put the seasonings and salt to taste. Place the filling on top of the dough.
- In a container, mix the cream, the egg, the Parmesan cheese, mix well. Add the topping mixture on top of the stuffing and finally the gorgonzola cheese, put everything in the oven at 180ºC for approximately 30 minutes.
