Caipira Quiche

Em um recipiente, misture a farinha de trigo, o parmesão, os ovos, o sal, a manteiga e misture bem até formar a massa; Leve Para geladeira por 30 minutos.
Coloque em uma forma e pressione bem espalhando a massa. 

In a container, mix the wheat flour, parmesan, eggs, salt, butter and mix well until the dough forms; Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Put it in a shape and press well spreading the dough.

Em uma panela, coloque o azeite e o bacon para dourar, depois o alho amassado e a cebola picada, para dourar. Adicionar o frango para refogar e depois o milho e palito, misture bem e por último o cheiro verde, colocar os temperos e sal a gosto. 
Coloque o recheio em cima da massa.

In a pan, put the oil and bacon to brown, then the crushed garlic and chopped onion, to brown. Add the chicken to sauté and then the corn and toothpick, mix well and finally the green smell, put the seasonings and salt to taste.
Place the filling on top of the dough.

Em um recipiente misture o creme de leite, o ovo, o queijo parmesão, misture bem.
Adicione a mistura da cobertura por cima do recheio e por último o queijo gorgonzola, leve tudo ao forno a 180ºC por aproximadamente 30 minutos.

In a container, mix the cream, the egg, the Parmesan cheese, mix well.
Add the topping mixture on top of the stuffing and finally the gorgonzola cheese, put everything in the oven at 180ºC for approximately 30 minutes.
