- First I chopped the hearts of palm and the cabbage, then put them to cook for 20 minutes each, in separate pans.
- Then I season both in separate pans with oil, onion, garlic and paprika.
- Then I go to the assembly of the dish!
- Then I sandwich it between a layer of cabbage and another layer of palm hearts, until I cover the shape
- Then, lastly, I add the 12 eggs very well beaten with salt on top of the interspersed layers of cabbage and hearts of palm.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes to 1 hour.
- Note I squeeze the cabbage and hearts of palm separately on tea towels to remove any excess water.
