- Skimmed milk1 cup
- Almond flour3 cup
- Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Whip the egg whites and set aside
- In the mixer, add the eggs, xylitol and butter until creamy.
- Add the almond flour and skim milk until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Put the whites in snow and the yeast and stir slowly
- Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes
