Primeiro frite Calabresa picadinha (pode ser substituída por bacon), com uma colher de manteiga, Chimichurri e alho triturado.

First, fry finely chopped pepperoni (can be substituted for bacon), with a spoon of butter, Chimichurri and crushed garlic.

Depois de fritinha, acrescente o brócolis, utilizei um maço inteiro, refogar um pouquinho, tampe e deixe cozinhando por 10 minutos.

Enquanto isso prepare o creme, em uma tigela acrescente uma caixa de creme de leite, 2 colheres de requeijão e 2 ovos, bata com um fuet e transfira esse creme pra um refratário que possa ir ao forno.

Coloque o brócolis com a calabresa por cima do creme e depois acrescente queijo mussarela, você também pode colocar queijo parmesão ralado por cima pra gratinar.

Leve ao forno 180°c por 30 minutos e prontinho!
