  • Corn500 g
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Salt (pinch)1 coffee spoon
  • Margarine or butter90 g
  • Grated Minas cheese or mozzarella150 g
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Place in a greased form. I put pamonha straw in the bottom to decorate.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
  4. Tip: You can make it in the salt version too, instead of sugar, add salt to taste. You can add green onions and sausage.
