- Ripe dwarf banana2 unit(s)
- Medium rolled oats1 cup
- Peanut paste2 tablespoon
- White chocolate40 g
- Blueberries to taste
- Start by mashing the bananas well with a fork until you form a cream.
- Add the oats and mix well until you can make balls, if necessary add more oats
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 15 seconds
- When the chocolate is well melted, add the peanut butter and mix well until smooth, set aside
- Grease a mold with a little butter and oat bran
- With a spoon, place portions of the banana with oats in the mold and adjust until it forms a kind of tartlet with the edges higher.
- Leave a space between the tartlets.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely and unmold carefully.
- Put the white chocolate cream filling with peanut butter
- Decorate with blueberries and you're done!
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Store in fridge 😉
