  • Whole milk200 ml
  • Oil150 ml
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour10 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
  1. To make the pie crust, put all the ingredients mentioned above in a blender, except for the yeast.
  2. Beat well until a homogeneous mass is formed and mix the yeast with a spatula.
  3. Put half of the dough in a greased shape with margarine and flour.
  4. Then add the stuffing you prefer on top of the dough.
  5. Fold the rest of the dough over the filling.
  6. Gradually spread the cottage cheese over the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes.
