  • PASTA INGREDIENTS - Cow's milk500 ml
  • Soybean oil250 ml
  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Baking powder2 coffee spoon
  • Grated Parmesan cheese or grated cheese powder40 mg
  • Oregano to taste
  • FILLING INGREDIENTS: Large chicken breast (cooked and shredded)1 unit(s)
  • Pea with corn1 can(s)
  • Tomato sauce100 ml
  • Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped palm heart1 can(s)
  • Olives to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Chives to taste
  1. METHOD OF PREPARING THE FILLING: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a firm consistency and set aside.
  2. DOUGH PREPARATION METHOD: 1. Reserve half of the cheese.
  3. 2. Beat the other ingredients of the dough in the blender and add the yeast last.
  4. 3. Pour half of the dough into a large stainless steel or aluminum roast, greased with butter.
  5. 4. Add the stuffing on top and cover with the rest of the dough.
  6. 5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and bake in a medium oven (200°C), preheated, for 40 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy this super practical delight to make.
