Coloque todos os ingredientes no liquidificador e bata, se ficar muito mole acrescente mais farinha de trigo para adquirir uma consistência mais firme se preferir.

Acenda o forno para pré-aquecer em temperatura média.

Unte um pirex com óleo, derrame um pouco da massa para cobrir o fundo e depois acrescente todo o recheio.

Cubra com o restante da massa e leve ao forno até dourar por cerca de 30 minutos.

Para o recheio você pode usar carne picadinha, frango desfiado, sardinha refogada, linguiça acebolada, salsicha, atum, queijo e presunto... o que sua criatividade mandar!

Put all the ingredients in the blender and beat, if it gets too soft add more wheat flour to acquire a firmer consistency if you prefer.

Turn on the oven to preheat to medium temperature.

Grease a Pyrex dish with oil, pour a little of the dough to cover the bottom and then add all the stuffing.

Cover with the rest of the dough and bake until golden, about 30 minutes.

For the stuffing you can use minced meat, shredded chicken, braised sardines, sausage with onions, sausage, tuna, cheese and ham... whatever your creativity dictates!
