  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Pepperoni1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1/2 can(s)
  • Onion, garlic, chimichurri1 to taste
  • Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
  1. In the blender, beat: eggs, milk, parmesan cheese, oil and salt until well blended.
  2. Add the flour little by little and mix with a spoon until all the flour is added and hit the blender again.
  3. Then add the yeast and beat again.
  4. For the stuffing: Grate the pepperoni. In a pan add the onion, garlic, then the pepperoni, the tomato sauce and after frying add the cream and chimichurri.
  5. In a refractory greased with flour and butter. Add a layer of dough and a layer of stuffing and another layer of dough. And parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bring to a boil at 200°C for approximately 20 minutes. Or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
