  • Oil01 cup
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Wheat2 cup
  • Yeast (1 ½ tbsp)18 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Carne noida500 g
  • Half Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic (clove)2 unit(s)
  • Sazon beef01 unit(s)
  • Corn01 can(s)
  • Salt to taste
  1. Filling: Saute onion and garlic
  2. Add the ground beef, salt and green corn. Reserve.
  3. Pasta: In a blender add milk, oil, eggs, wheat, salt and yeast.
  4. Pour half of the dough into a baking dish
  5. Spread the filling all over the dough.
  6. Cover with the remaining dough.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for approximately 50 minutes.
