  • Shredded Chicken100 g
  • Tomatoes, Olives and Onions to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  • For the dough: milk2 cup
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Salt2 teaspoon
  • Baking powder1 teaspoon
  1. In a bowl place the chicken, green smell, olives, tomato and mix well.
  2. Grease and flour a rectangular baking dish
  3. Pre heat the oven to 180°C
  4. Place the milk and eggs in a blender and blend quickly.
  5. In a bowl, place the flour and salt. Gradually add the contents of the blender and mix until you form a creamy and homogeneous mass. Add the yeast and mix.
  6. Place half of the dough on the baking sheet, spread the filling and cover with the rest of the dough.
  7. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until a golden surface is achieved, or until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve immediately
