  • Dulce de leche400 g
  • Whipped cream400 g
  • Banana10 unit(s)
  • Maizena Biscuit120 g
  • Margarine200 g
  • Cinnamon1 to taste
  1. Grind the cornstarch biscuit and mix with the margarine until it becomes a dough.
  2. Put the cookie dough in the shape and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  3. When the dough has cooled, place a layer of the dulce de leche over the dough.
  4. Chop the bananas and distribute them over the dulce de leche layer.
  5. Add the whipped cream on top and spread evenly. Cinnamon can be added above the whipped cream to decorate.
  6. Place in the fridge for about 3 hours and then unmold.
