1 xícara se açúcar e meia xícara de água para fazer a calda, depois de fria montei as bananas na forma

Bater no liquidificador as bananas, os ovos, o leite e o açúcar depois despeje essa mistura numa vasilha e acrescente a farinha de trigo peneirada mexa com a ajuda de uma espátula ou fue e por último acrescente o fermento. 
Leve para a assar em forno pré-aquecido à 180°C 

Beat the bananas, eggs, milk and sugar in the blender, then pour this mixture into a bowl and add the sifted wheat flour, stir with the help of a spatula or whisk and finally add the yeast.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C
