peeled banana (2 to 3 units)250 g
softened butter125 g
Sugar225 g
Eggs2 unit(s)
vanilla essence1 teaspoon
cinnamon1.2 teaspoon
wheat flour180 g
chemical yeast7 g
Strawberries without stem200 g

Preheat the oven to 180º C. Grease with butter and sprinkle with flour a shape about 18 cm in diameter.
Mash the bananas with a fork. Beat butter with sugar until creamy.
Add the banana, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla, beating constantly. Add the sifted flour with the baking powder and beat just until all the ingredients are mixed.
Put the dough in the form. Cut the strawberries into quarters and place evenly over the dough.
Bake for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the dough comes out dry. Allow to cool in the mold before unmoulding.
