250 g of fine oats (1 box) 1 tablespoon (soup) yeast 4 eggs 1/2 cup of oil 4 bananas 1 1/2 cups of sugar (can be brown) Optional: 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/2 cup of chestnuts chopped cashew or Pará 1/2 cup raisins

Banana Cake With Oatmeal

Bata no liquidificador os 4 ovos, 1/2 xícara de óleo, 4 bananas, 1 1/2 xícara de açúcar (pode ser mascavo).

Despeje esta mistura na aveia fina com o fermento e opcionais a gosto.

Leve para assar em forma untada, em forno médio, preaquecido, por cerca de 40 minutos, ou até dourar

Beat in a blender the 4 eggs, 1/2 cup of oil, 4 bananas, 1 1/2 cup of sugar (can be brown).

Pour this mixture into the fine oatmeal with the yeast and optional to taste.

Bake in greased shape, in medium oven, preheated, for about 40 minutes, or until golden.
