- Demerara sugar4 tablespoon

- In a blender, add the eggs and 2 bananas and blend for 7 minutes.
- Then place the oats, coconut oil and sugar and beat until a homogeneous mass is formed, add the yeast and stir with a spoon.
- In a round shape greased with coconut oil sprinkle some xylitol
- Cut the bananas and cover the bottom of the form. Then put the dough and take it to the preheated oven until golden.
