Sugar1 cup
Oil120 ml
Bananas6 unit(s)
Milk250 ml
Wheat flour2 cup
Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
Syrup: sugar250 g
Water100 ml

Syrup: In a pan, add the sugar and mix until it melts, put the hot water and stir until the sugar dissolves, let it thicken until it reaches the point of syrup and set aside.
Beat all the ingredients, except the yeast, in the mixer, until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous mass.
Lastly add the yeast and beat on low speed.
Put in a greased shape
Pour the caramel and sliced bananas on top.
Bake in the oven until golden, it's ready.
