  • Ground beef700 g
  • Wheat already hydrated and squeezed (hydrate in hot water and then squeeze well)2 cup

  • Nuts (some for garnish)12 unit(s)
  • Syrian pepper1 teaspoon
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Mozzarella300 g
  1. Mix all the ingredients. Put it in a glass shape and still raw, cut into 12 pieces!!
  2. In the middle of each square, add a halved walnuts and mozzarella!!
  3. Let it brown, but without drying too much!!
  4. When eating, put a tablespoon of olive oil on top of your piece!!
  5. Can be frozen for up to three months (wrapped in plastic wrap)!!
