250 g of wheat for kibbeh 400 ml of boiling water 500 g of ground beef 1 grated onion 3 cloves of garlic, crushed Minced green smell to taste Salt and pepper to taste 3 tablespoons of olive oil Chopped mint leaves to taste Juice of ½ lemon250 g mozzarella

Baked kibe stuffed with mozzarella

Reúna todos os ingredientes
Hidrate o trigo para kibe com água quente; Escorra a água, e misture a carne moída ao trigo; Junte a cebola, o alho, o cheiro verde, o sal, a pimenta, o azeite, a hortelã, o suco de limão e misture com as mãos; Unte um refratário com azeite, e faça uma camada com metade da massa do kibe; Espalhe o queijo sobre a massa;
Finalize com a outra metade do kibe, derrame um pouco de azeite por cima, e asse-o em forno preaquecido a 180º graus por cerca de 45 minutos;

Gather all the ingredients
Hydrate the kibbeh wheat with hot water; Drain the water, and mix the ground beef with the wheat; Add the onion, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, olive oil, mint, lemon juice and mix with your hands; Grease a refractory with oil, and make a layer with half of the kibe dough; Spread the cheese over the dough;
Finish with the other half of the kibe, pour a little oil on top, and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes;
Now just serve. Enjoy your food!
