- Wheat flour500 g
- Pork lard1/2 cup
- Salt1 to taste
- Hot water250 ml
- Boiled Eggs3 unit(s)
- Raisins1/2 tablespoon
- Onion1 to taste
- Duckling, chuck or palette350 g
- Seasonings1 to taste
- Black olives50 g
- Boil the water and dissolve the lard in it, in a bowl add the flour and salt. Use the water to scald the flour, mix it well with your hands when it's warm so you don't burn yourself. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Open the dough, fill to taste and close with your fingertips in the form of a braid.
