- Dough: Mix all the ingredients in the order: wheat, sugar, and finally the margarine.Use the VERY cold margarine.
- Knead the dough well until it forms a homogeneous dough. Work quickly with the dough, otherwise it starts to soften.
- To open the pie lid, use plastic wrap. The base of the pie must be opened with your hands on the removable bottom baking tray.
- For stuffing: mix all the ingredients well in a container, and then pour it inside the roast where the dough is, and finally cover the pie with the dough and decorate it your way. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40min
