  1. Peel and cut the apples into thin slices, add the lemon juice so they don't brown) Set aside
  2. Beat the eggs for a few minutes, with a pinch of salt, add the sugar, stirring constantly, add the lemon zest to half the melted butter, (reserve the other half) then the milk, add the wheat slowly and stir well to not form lumps.
  3. Add the previously cut apples, stir slowly and finally add the yeast. Mix gently. Grease a 25x20 refractory form approximately. Place the apple pie mixture there and spread the remaining melted butter on top and sprinkle a spoonful of sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 50 minutes until golden.
