  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Potatoes2 unit(s)
  • Milk2 cup
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Oil to taste
  1. 1- MEAT - cut the meat into chuck in the smallest possible size, put it under pressure together with the tomatoes and a glass of water for 15 minutes
  2. two- MEAT-then add garlic, onion, salt and seasonings to taste and leave for another 15 minutes and it's ready.
  3. 3- MASH - put two potatoes to boil until they are very soft, and reserve the other to make the potato straw
  4. 4- PURE - when the potatoes are very soft, place in the blender along with the milk, salt and butter and beat for 2 minutes
  5. 5- STRAW POTATOES - cut the uncooked potato, on a cheese grater and fry in hot oil 0bs: don't put too many at once.
  6. 6- then assemble it in a mold in the following order: meat, mashed potatoes and straw potatoes and leave it in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180
