- Salt to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Bahian seasoning to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Tomato sauce (sachet)1 unit(s)
- Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese (sliced)150 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Meat preparation: in a pan put the olive oil, together with the chopped garlic and onion. When it begins to brown, add the ground beef. Cover the pan and stir from time to time so that it is very loose. When the water is almost dry, add the seasonings to taste. After drying the water add the tomato sauce and let it be clear for about 5 minutes. Reserve
- While the meat is braising, clean and cut the zucchini into strips. Pass in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and set aside
- Assembly: place a thin layer of meat on a platter, distribute the zucchini strips on top and then add a little more ground meat and slices of cheese. Repeat the process according to the size of your platter. Finally finish with cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
