  • Corn starch1 teaspoon
  • Squeezed lemon1/2 unit(s)
  • Girl's Finger Pepper to taste
  • Chives to taste
  1. Brown the chicken in sesame oil. Remove, add more oil and brown the meat. Now put the meat and chicken together. Add the mushroom, all the vegetables and the onion. Let it cool for about 5 minutes. Cook the yakisoba noodles according to the package, taking out 1 minute beforehand. Drain it and add to the vegetables. Saute for 1 minute.
  2. For the sauce, mix in a separate bowl. 1/2 cup of soy sauce 1 teaspoon of corn starch Optional oyster sauce 1/2 squeezed lemon Chopped girl's finger pepper and chives.
  3. Pour the sauce over everything and let it cook until it thickens a little. Finish with pepper and chives
