  • Shrimp300 g
  • Carrot2 unit(s)
  • Broccoli1/2 unit(s)
  • Cabbage200 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Green pepper1 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper1 unit(s)
  • soy sauce100 ml
  • Olive oil1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Sesame oil50 ml
  1. Saute chopped vegetables, grated carrots and onion. Reserve
  2. Saute the shrimp. Reserve the broth that comes out of the shrimp.
  3. Cook the ramen for 3 minutes or as long as indicated on the package. Depends on the brand
  4. In a large, deep pan, preferably non-stick, place the sesame seeds, soy sauce and the sauteed vegetables.
  5. Add the cooked ramen
  6. Add the prawns and the broth that came out of it as well.
  7. Salt and olive oil to taste check if you still need more soy sauce
  8. Mix everything very well, until all the ingredients are wet from the sauce.
