- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Water400 ml
- Salt to taste
- Put the water and salt to boil on the fire.
- After it's boiling, place the brandy inside and let it cook.
- In a pot, grate the carrots and onions, add the margarine and bring to a simmer over low heat.
- When the brand is cooking put it inside the pan with the sautéed and mix well.
