- Oat flour4 tablespoon
- Milk1/2 cup
- Baking powder1/2 tablespoon
- Room temperature butter2 tablespoon
- Wheat or whole-wheat flour, finely chopped, if necessary to taste
- Salt to taste
- Stuffing of your choice to taste
- Knead all the ingredients well (starting with the dry and then the liquids) until
- Be careful not to harden the dough too much.
- Let it rest in the fridge for 20 minutes
- Prepare a filling of your choice - it can be Minas cheese with cherry tomatoes; ricotta; minced meat braised with olives; shredded chicken
- Model pastries, brush with egg and bake for about 20 minutes, oven 180 degrees. It's delicious!
