  • Whole wheat flour300 g
  • Oat flour4 tablespoon
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Baking powder1/2 tablespoon
  • Room temperature butter2 tablespoon
  • Wheat or whole-wheat flour, finely chopped, if necessary to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Stuffing of your choice to taste
  1. Knead all the ingredients well (starting with the dry and then the liquids) until
  2. Be careful not to harden the dough too much.
  3. Let it rest in the fridge for 20 minutes
  4. Prepare a filling of your choice - it can be Minas cheese with cherry tomatoes; ricotta; minced meat braised with olives; shredded chicken
  5. Model pastries, brush with egg and bake for about 20 minutes, oven 180 degrees. It's delicious!
