Ingredients

  • Wholemeal Spaghetti | 500 g
  • Escarole (1 bunch) | 1 unit(s)
  • Tomato | 3 unit(s)
  • Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic (1 clove) |  to taste
  • Chives |  to taste
  • Black Pepper |  to taste
  • Olive oil | 5 tablespoon
  • Salt |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Cook the macaroni according to the manufacturer's instructions. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic with olive oil (but it can be whatever oil you have). With them already sautéed, add the escarole, salt and pepper and let the escarole wither well. With it wilted, add the chopped tomatoes, let it sit for about 10 minutes and turn it off. Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce and we have a delicious meal.
