Wholemeal Penne250 g
Buffalo Burrata400 g
Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
cherry tomato400 g
Olive oil3 tablespoon
Basil to taste
Rosemary to taste
Oregano to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Cook the macaroni according to package directions.
In a refractory, place the burrata in the center and, around it, spread the tomatoes.
Season with salt, pepper, oregano, place the crushed garlic cloves with their skin, and drizzle with olive oil. Spread the sprigs of basil and rosemary.
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until the burrata starts to fall apart.
Remove from the oven and add the cooked pasta, mixing well. Sprinkle with grated cheese when serving.
