Cooked Wholegrain Fusilli2 cup
Eggplant cut into cubes1 cup
Ground beef sautéed with garlic and onion1/2 cup
Chopped red pepper1/4 cup
Chopped green onions to taste
Sea salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Olive oil1 teaspoon
Golden flaxseed1 teaspoon

In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the peppers.
Add the eggplant and meat, salt and pepper and stir until the eggplant is cooked.
Add the macaroni and mix. Finish with the chives and sprinkle the golden flaxseed.
