- Cooked Wholegrain Fusilli2 cup
- Eggplant cut into cubes1 cup
- Ground beef sautéed with garlic and onion1/2 cup
- Chopped red pepper1/4 cup
- Chopped green onions to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Golden flaxseed1 teaspoon
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the peppers.
- Add the eggplant and meat, salt and pepper and stir until the eggplant is cooked.
- Add the macaroni and mix. Finish with the chives and sprinkle the golden flaxseed.
