- Orange juice250 ml
- Demerara sugar150 g
- Soybean oil60 ml
- Whole wheat flour2 cup
- Oat flakes1/3 cup
- Orange zest1 to taste
- Baking powder (chemical)1 tablespoon
- In the blender: Whisk the eggs, juice, oil and set aside. In a bowl, place the wholemeal flour, oats, zest and baking powder. Mix well. Place in a greased shape (20 cm) and take it to the oven. Golden, you can remove from the oven and unmold. Enjoy your food!
