  • Water1 cup
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Apple Cider Vinegar1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a blender, place the oats and water. Beat for about thirty seconds and let it rest for half an hour. Add the flour, oil, vinegar and salt and beat until smooth. If necessary, mix with a fork or spoon. . Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat for one minute. Put a thread of oil and with the help of a spatula, spread over the surface. Add enough dough to cover the bottom, and spread it over the skillet, moving it from side to side or with the help of a spoon. Avoid stirring too much, and wait for it to fry well before turning, otherwise you run the risk of your pancake breaking. Your pancake will be ready to flip when it has a few golden dots on the underside. Flip the pancake at once and wait for the other side to fry as well. Repeat the process with the rest of the dough, and place the pancakes on top of each other. Makes 4 large pancakes. Fill with whatever you prefer, I used palm heart. Cover with the sauce of your choice, and if you feel the need to heat it up to serve.
