  • Butter (full)1 tablespoon
  • Margarine (full)1 tablespoon
  • grated onion1 unit(s)
  • Nutmeg1 to taste
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Milk500 ml
  • Cheese to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a hot pan, place the butter and margarine, then add the grated onion and let it brown;
  2. Add some nutmeg and then the wheat flour. Mix well and then add the milk. Stir well until the flour lumps break down.
  3. Add salt to taste and mix some more. Turn off the heat when you notice a consistent point of sauce.
  4. Add the cheese to taste on the plate, on a platter or in the pan itself while stirring the sauce.
