- Wheat flour2 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Milk150 ml
- Baking powder for cake.1 tablespoon
- In a mixer, beat the eggs until frothy.
- Then add the sugar little by little until you get a homogeneous cream. On average 10 minutes.
- Add the margarine and beat for another 3 minutes.
- Then add the wheat flour little by little and also the milk. And stir with the help of a spatula.
- Mix until you get a smooth dough and add the yeast and stir gently.
- Unite a shape with margarine and wheat flour and pour the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 35 minutes.
- Do the toothpick test and if it's completely baked, remove from the oven and wait to cool down to unmould.
