  • Sugar1 cup
  • Butter or margarine (room temperature)200 g
  • Wheat flour1.1/2 cup
  • Milk (room temperature)1/2 cup
  • Eggs (if small use 4)3 unit(s)
  • Baking Powder2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla Essence or any other of your choice1 dessert spoon
  1. Beat the sugar with the butter until you get a light and fluffy cream.
  2. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Turn off the mixer, alternate the milk and the sifted wheat flour, mixing gently with a whisk or spatula.
  4. Finally add the essence and finally the yeast, mixing everything gently.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° until golden.
  6. Note: For the chocolate Cupcake, just replace the ½ cup of wheat flour with 50% cocoa powder chocolate. Use brigadeiro, dulce de leche or jellies as a filling. For coverage I nominate Chantilly, Ganache, Buttercream, Brigadiers. Tip: Combine the flavors of fillings with the frosting for a Perfect Cupcake!
