  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Wheat flour1/2 cup
  • Boiled, peeled and mashed English potato4 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a container, add the potatoes and gradually add the wheat flour. Add the oil and salt.
  2. Mix with your hands until the dough is shapeable. Shape the dough into rolls and cut into small pieces.
  3. In a pan with boiling water, put the pieces and when they rise it's time to remove (takes one to two minutes), do it little by little.
  4. Now just add the sauce and eat happily (extra: I like to grill them a little beforehand, but it's optional)
