Two Cheese Lasagna

Para o molho, em uma panela, coloque a manteiga, fritando o alho e a cebola.

For the sauce, in a pan, place the butter, frying the garlic and onion.

Adicione leite líquido, maisena e sal. Depois mexa até constituir um creme. Acrescente creme de leite, mexa em fogo médio durante 10 minutos e está pronto.

Add liquid milk, cornstarch and salt. Then stir until it forms a cream. Add the cream, stir over medium heat for 10 minutes and it's ready.

Para a massa, cozinhe a massa com água quente em uma panela e sigas as intruções da embalagem. 

For the pasta, cook the pasta in hot water in a pan and follow the instructions on the package.

Pegue uma assadeira de vidro, distribua a massa cozida, colocando o molho por cima, e depois os dois tipos de queijo. Faça isso alternando até o limite e coloque os queijos novamente. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180° durante 30 minuto e estará pronto.

Take a glass baking dish, distribute the cooked pasta, putting the sauce on top, and then the two types of cheese. Do this alternating to the limit and put the cheeses again. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes and it's ready.
