- Fresh Basil to taste

- paprika to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water as instructed on the package.
- Meanwhile, sauté the onion and then the sausage until it is well fried and dry.
- Add the passata and season with paprika, salt and pepper.
- Add the pasta and finish with olives and basil.
