- Wheat flour3 cup

- Margarine200 g
- Yeast10 g
- grated coconut200 g
- condensed milk2 can(s)

- Whipped cream300 ml
- Chocolate Chips200 g
- Hot water200 ml
- Condensed milk100 ml
- In a mixer, beat eggs, sugar and margarine for 5 minutes.
- After turning it into a white cream, add the sifted wheat and cocoa powder, and gently intersperse until all is dissolved.
- Add milk and chemical yeast.
- Grease a 20 cm shape and add all the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
- Filling: Add the grated coconut, condensed milk and cream in a thick pan so as not to burn the stuffing.
- I cooked it on low heat until it was done.
- Syrup: Take the water and condensed milk and put it in a small bowl and shake until mixed.
- Mounting: Put the disc and wet it with the syrup and put the stuffing, add another disc of dough, wet it with the syrup and put another layer of stuffing, finally add the last disc of dough, wet it well and that's it. Pass the cling film and take it to the fridge for 3 hours.
- Roof: Whip the whipped cream in a stand mixer until stiff, about 10 minutes. Take the cake and cover it with the whipped cream and sprinkle some melted chocolate and chocolate shavings on top. And soon you can enjoy yourself.
