  • Sazon sachet2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Diced Carrots2 unit(s)
  • Diced Potato2 unit(s)
  • Pea1 can(s)
  • Diced Pumpkin2 cup
  • Chopped coriander3 tablespoon
  • Chicken Knorr1 unit(s)
  • Tomato Extract1 tablespoon
  1. Wash the rice and drain
  2. In a pan put the carrots, the potato and the now to boil and get pre-cooked. Drain and reserve the cooking water.
  3. In another pan put the sweet oil, the crushed garlic and the onion for stuffing. Add the rice, salt, extract, sazon, knorr and water where the vegetables were pre-cooked.
  4. When the rice is almost cooked, add the pre-cooked vegetables, peas, corn, parsley and coriander. Let it finish cooking and serve hot.
