  • Boiled rice 2 and a half cups2 cup
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese150 g
  • Green smell3 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour 1 and a half cup1 cup
  • Corn Starch1 dessert spoon
  • Whole milk1/2 cup
  • Olive oil (optional)2 dessert spoon
  • Black pepper and salt to taste to taste
  • Sauce of your choice and sesame seeds for garnish to taste
  • Enough oil for frying to taste
  1. If you prefer, lightly knead the rice grains with clean hands or a fork.
  2. Then distribute the rice in a bowl and throw all the other ingredients, mix very well
  3. With the help of a tablespoon, take portions of the mixture and, being careful not to break it, dip it in hot oil.
  4. The oil should be very hot but over low heat.
  5. Fry all the dumplings, let them drain on brown paper or paper towels, then decorate as you prefer with any sauce of your choice or white sesame seeds
