- Boiled rice 2 and a half cups2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese150 g
- Green smell3 tablespoon
- Wheat flour 1 and a half cup1 cup
- Corn Starch1 dessert spoon
- Whole milk1/2 cup
- Olive oil (optional)2 dessert spoon
- Black pepper and salt to taste to taste
- Sauce of your choice and sesame seeds for garnish to taste
- Enough oil for frying to taste
- If you prefer, lightly knead the rice grains with clean hands or a fork.
- Then distribute the rice in a bowl and throw all the other ingredients, mix very well
- With the help of a tablespoon, take portions of the mixture and, being careful not to break it, dip it in hot oil.
- The oil should be very hot but over low heat.
- Fry all the dumplings, let them drain on brown paper or paper towels, then decorate as you prefer with any sauce of your choice or white sesame seeds
