- Corn dough/flour2 cup
- Water1 cup
- A pinch of salt. to taste
- In a bowl, place the dough/corn flour and the salt. Mix the 2 ingredients.
- Then add water little by little and mix by hand.
- Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Then place the whole mixture in a couscous pan with water at the bottom.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, leave for 10 minutes and turn off.
