Tortellini with Gorgonzola Sauce

Coloque as fatias de presunto em uma assadeira forrada com papel manteiga e leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180 graus até ficar crocante.

Place the ham slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until crispy.

Para fazer o molho, em uma panela aquecida, doure a cebola na manteiga, acrescente a farinha de trigo e mexa por uns 3 minutos. Acrescente o leite frio aos poucos, mexendo sempre até formar um molho homogêneo. Acrescente o queijo gorgonzola e ajuste o sal e pimenta-do-reino.

To make the sauce, in a heated pan, brown the onion in butter, add the wheat flour and stir for about 3 minutes. Add the cold milk little by little, stirring constantly until a homogeneous sauce is formed. Add the gorgonzola cheese and adjust the salt and pepper.

Cozinhe a massa conforme as orientações da embalagem.

Cook the pasta according to package directions.

Junte a massa com o molho, sirva e finalize com o chips de presunto.

Add the pasta with the sauce, serve and finish with the ham chips.
