- Tortellini250 g
- Milk500 ml
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Gorgonzola cheese100 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Raw ham slices4 unit(s)
- Place the ham slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until crispy.
- To make the sauce, in a heated pan, brown the onion in butter, add the wheat flour and stir for about 3 minutes. Add the cold milk little by little, stirring constantly until a homogeneous sauce is formed. Add the gorgonzola cheese and adjust the salt and pepper.
- Cook the pasta according to package directions.
- Add the pasta with the sauce, serve and finish with the ham chips.
